Heather Karloff is a Travel Advisor with a background in travel, hospitality and over 20 years of experience working with clients. A graduate of St. Clair College’s Travel & Tourism program, Heather began her career in the cruise industry, gaining firsthand experience working onboard Cunard, Holland America, Carnival and Norwegian Cruise Line. Her time working at sea has given her an insider’s understanding of the cruise experience and the different options available to travellers. Heather specializes in cruising in Alaska, the Panama Canal, Northern Europe, the Mediterranean and Transatlantic journeys, helping clients choose the right cruise line, itinerary and experience for their travel style. Her international hospitality experience also includes working in Sydney, Australia, including in Guest Services at a hotel on Sydney’s famous Bondi Beach.
